Katrina Jensen

CEO; Army Veteran; Data Analytics & Supply Chain Network Optimization Specialist, Katrina has worked as a Consultant for Tompkins International, Chainalytics, and within the Strategy Practice of Accenture with a focus on providing supply chain network solutions that minimized costs while meeting customer service requirements. During time she completed multiple supply chain network design studies and process improvements for companies such as: Starbucks, DunkinDonuts, Clorox, HP Europe, and more. Katrina also served 16 years in the US Army as a Russian Linguist and speaks four other languages. Throughout both her military and professional career, she has lived in Argentina, Germany, and Russia and has traveled extensively around the world. Katrina received her B.S. in Logistics & International Business and a B.A. in Russian from The Pennsylvania State University. She also has an A.A. from the University of Maryland. Her specialties: Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Network Design and Optimization, Data Mining, SQL, Marketing, Photography, and Videography.



Grady Boyce

President; Lead Drone Pilot and an Airline Transport Pilot

With over 20 years in professional aviation, Grady Boyce has served in roles from UAV Section 333 Exemption and Special Use Case developer, FAA Designated Examiner, airspace & procedure developer at the world’s busiest airport, operational program developer/implementer, Performance Based Navigation (PBN) expert, and FAA approved Instrument Flight Procedure developer and validator. He has been recognized for outstanding work performance through the receipt of Delta Air Lines Chairman’s Club award in 2010 and nomination for the Edelman Award for Environmental and Economic benefits. Additionally, he has spoken at conferences around the world on the topics of Performance Based Navigation, Regulatory Approvals, and other aviation topics representing organizations such as Boeing, Honeywell, IATA, ALPA, and Delta Air Lines.

With type ratings in the EMB-120, DC-9, B-737, and B-757/767, he is currently flying the B737NG for Delta Air Lines, helping companies seek their UAV commercial goals, speaking and writing on a variety of aviation topics relative to Performance Based Navigation and the world’s transition to new methods of navigations.

Mr. Boyce, with John McGraw, has assisted the following companies achieve their commercial UAV status: Auburn University, Utility Aerial Services, HUVRData, TotalSafety, Building 10, PrecisionHawk, Rimkus Consulting Group, IMT Global, Chapman Aerospace, SkySpecs, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and many more.



Blaine Tow

Blaine’s vast and deep experience in completing the hands on work in construction, pipelines, and agriculture makes him an invaluable team member by providing the experience and expertise to translate your project goals into success.  With over 20+ years of experience in the industry and managing teams of Certified Welding Inspectors. Having owned both a welding and an excavating, grading, paving and landscaping company, Blaine understands the challenges of trying to maximize efficiency and value, while keeping costs low.

Blaine is a Certified Welding Inspector with the American Welding Society AWS CWI #08071541) with experience in API 1104, ASME B31 and AWS D1 codes and has a Private Pilot’s license with hundreds of hours in aviation experience.
